The job
As a business developer for North Europe, your role will be to own the end-to-end sales process for our leads in order to sign as many Standard, Advanced and Corporate contracts as possible, understanding their needs, and making them pick Windfit to put their wind assets performance in auto-pilot.
- Identify and Develop our top customers and our value proposition in order to go after qualified prospects
- Ensure all our leads are treated and converted into happy customers by making sure they use and understand perfectly our products & services from the very beginning
- Shift to active sales strategy from cold prospection
- Provide field knowledge by collecting valuable feedback and insights in order to help us build the best product for our North European market, with a focus on Germany
The skills
If you're fluent in English and German, are a keen learner, with experience in renewable energy, knowledge of wind industry, scientific-minded and last but not least you show real potential and you like communicating with international business partners and potential customers, this job is for you.
Starting: ASAP
Salary: based on experience, flat + commission
