Sereema is hiring a wind application engineer who can:
- Listen, Read, Learn, Accumulate, Digest and Transmit product knowledge to customer
- Produce detailed interpretation of results through pertinent data analysis
- Provide technical support to clients and prospects
- Produce technical content (documentation, white paper)
Experience in Customer Care
- Ensure customer technical support to optimize product use
- Schedule and lead regular customer follow-up calls
- Help customer upgrade user skills
Knowledge of Pre Sales
- Perform online demos for prospects with sales team to showcase product technical features
- Draft Use Cases based upon results to prove products assets
Personal skills: teamwork / adaptability / initiative / autonomy / synthetic / excellent oral and written communication skills / learning and listening aptitudes
Essential requirements: excellent knowledge of technical product / windpower exp & knowledge / Fluent English / 3+ years of related experience with a BS or MS in Engineering / data Interpretation
