A Simple and Non-Intrusive Installation

The Windfit Box is installed on the turbine’s weather mast, close to the existing wind sensors, so it captures the same wind conditions.

During installation, the power cable is routed through the existing cable path inside the nacelle and connected to the service plug. Once powered, the box immediately begins transmitting data to the Windfit platform.

This position ensures optimal exposure to wind conditions and enables accurate monitoring of turbine vibrations and performance—without interfering with turbine operation. The result: reliable data to support informed performance decisions.
